3. I don't see how a re-vote would show
anything about the original vote. I can easily see how 4-10% of the voters in either the Governor or Presidential race would change their vote based on all that happened since Nov 2nd. You just cannot possibly ensure that the people would vote the same way they did on Nov 2nd. So the re-vote may show what the "snapshot" voters' opinion is on the candidates on the day you do the voting, but you just cannot infer from that anything about Nov 2nd vote.
