Guys, we must get our facts straight. Here is some information I’ve confirmed directly with Clermont BOE and other sources.

There was no hand count.

Some ballots were limp from humidity.

Optical scanners worked fine.

(4) Optical Scanners are ES&S model 315

Central tabulator runs ERS
