If you just read some cases of vote suppresion, you will have enough proof for average Joe Citizen to support you in going for some justice in this stolen election.

You have now the level of proof needed. If you have what will outrage Joe Citizen, you have all you need IMHO. You do not need to wait for total airtight smoking gun level of proof. That may never come.

ELECTORAL COLLEGE MEETS DEC 13
Legal injunction might be able to delay that .. or later, force the EC to reconvene and revote. Seems to me it would be better to try to achieve whatever results you aim for, before dec. 13. Some say votes were still being counted Jan 6 in 2OOO, tho i am not sure that is true.

CASES----
eg., FL,.. cops roadblocked access to polling stations. FL.. state police visited elderly blacks active in get out the vote work, asking them about some terrorist. Such visits are usually chilling.
OH... Officials locked both reporters and party representatives out of the room where votes were to be counted.

SOLARBUS CASES------
http://www.Solarbus.org/stealyourelection or similar url, has excellent daily organized news items on cases to read. Outrageous cases.

LEVELS OF PROOF DESCRIBED
Example:You say, "A plane from Burma crashed today in Tibet".
---Skeptic answers, "Do you REALLY know that? I want a higher level of proof than the tv news." You say, " Puff, puff, i just came back from Tibet and i saw the wreckage from the wheat fields, looking up the mountain at the wreck on the top".
====Skeptic says, " Do you REALLY know it was a plane wreck you saw? Might have been a helicopter wreck from WW2." Later, you say " Puff, i just got back again from Tibet and I climbed the mountain and felt the wreck with my fingers... hot metal, fresh plane wreck." -----Skeptic says, " Do you REALLY know it was flight 13 from Burma? Might have been some other plane yesterday." //// So you see, there are levels of proof.
=========================
CASES, to convince Joe Citizen...{brutally shortened for this post.. full list is at SOLARBUS page, down at "summaries".. i think it is the second one.}-------------
newspaper links may expire soon. You may want to print out the stories so that later on, you don't have to buy them from the newspapers' archives.)
FLORIDA--most of the state, new electronic voting machines were in use. These machines - many manufactured by a company called Diebold - don't leave a paper trail.
There is no way to double-check the results. /////You can read about electronic voting machines - an untested phenomenon in American elections, here:

++++++++
OH---Meanwhile, in Warren County, election officials locked the doors to the County building and refused to allow bi-partisan observers to watch the vote-count. They also denied access to the AP reporter (it is standard procedure for the AP to observe vote-counting in counties all over the country.)
/////The Sheriff of the county said he did it for "homeland security" reasons. He never explained or specified what the security concerns were.
Here is the link to the story in the Cincinnati Enquirer: http://www.enquirer.com/editions/2004/11/05/loc_warrenvote05.html ------------Meanwhile, in Mahoning and Mercer Counties, electronic machines again malfunctioned, but the effect that had on the vote count is not clear. The machines had to be re-set, and at one point showed votes of "negative 25 million," according to the head of the local board of elections.
Here is the story from the local Youngstown paper, called the Vindicator:

SIX STATES
In Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, New Hampshire and New Mexico, there was a large discrepancy between exit polls, and the final results .
In each of those six states, electronic voting machines were used in some or most of the counties.
In contrast, in states where paper ballots were the primary method of voting, there was little or no discrepancy between exit polls and official results.

======MORE ON EXIT POLLS
These are routinely conducted by major news organizations.

Accounts are surfacing that both the Associated Press and CNN (and perhaps others) later CHANGED their exit polling data to more closely resemble the official results.
None of the news organizations is believed to have offered an explanation. They may try to justify it on statistical grounds. Here are two accounts. The first is very brief, the second is in- depth: http://www.buzzflash.com/analysis/04/11/ana04025.html http://globalresearch.ca/articles/KEE411A.html

MORE ON ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES
THE LETTER FROM KERRY WORKERS IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLA.://////We had calls about a road block, put up by the police at 7am on Nov. 2, which blocked road access to two precinct locations in majority black districts. There was no justification for the road block no accident or crime scene or construction.
///////Many of our calls dealt with voter suppression, of the Haitian population.
We spoke with hundreds of voters who were certain they had registered to vote but were not on the rolls.
