2. You can get liquer-filled candies all over Europe
The sugar crust inside happends because the alcohol leaches it out of the chocolate. And it's yummy! :9 I love brandy-filled chocolate. I've never heard of champagne-filled chocolate, but it sounds delicious!

Try your local gourmet shop. They might know where to find them. My local shop has all kinds of liquer-filled bars. Now that you mention it, I might get a variety for xmas celebrations.
