You were very civil considering what you have been thru.
And at least one of these little fur babies will end up in a loving home with you.
I guess my only question would be if there is some other agency to whom you can complain about what seems like the incompentency of this Humane Society? Perhaps a letter to the editor of some local paper? It just seems that their seemingly careless attitude needs to be brought to public attention.

It is sad that you had to lose two adorable furbabies, and go thru the emotional trauma that went along with that.
I hope that the love that you and the remaining kitten will share will somehow make up for that.
