try that with my smokes. Which I kind of inadverdently do.

I have long been saying that I would never fall prey to cancer. My dad went with it . .my grandad, my sister has it, for 10 years now. It won't happen to me. I refuse that energy.

Doctors tell me my lungs are clear. I've had x-rays. I've smoked for almost 40 years. But I don't see them as harmful. Someone told me the other night there is a study that something in tobacco is beneficial for the heart. Contrary to modern science, of course. All my stuff is. And? Who am I to bow to modern science?

If I give it up, it is because of being uncomfortable in social situations, which are set up by social entities. Or the smell or left overs, which I control quite nicely. No one who comes into my house knows there has been smoking here. I am considerate of others and take it outside.

I do long to sit in a tee-pee and smoke a peace pipe though. How cool is that. No 'no smoking' signs. ahhhh

The problems come when the additives are . well . added. Too many chemicals. American Spirit . no chemicals added. That's not the Native way.
