In this instance I would suspect it represents the recount as it is the struggle between the sacred and the profane!The Emperor in the past is definitely the Presidency.As for the Two of Swords, Justice is blind. It also indicates stalemate. I would say status quo. The Devil on the other hand represents the wrong use of force, which could also indicate a war. Coupled with the cards indicating the recount, this could indicate a struggle or war within our country. Much of the reading could be interpreted as an ideological struggle, which is certainly taking place.The Card of the Devil is also one that points to bondage being able to be removed at will. We have a choice and we can choose to experience this misery or not. It would appear that with the help of the recount , which falling in its current position as a crossing issue, can only be positive, we are given great strength to throw off the bondage of Bush! But it is a choice we must make.
