I have had this cough hanging on for weeks now, and it is getting worse now. In my throat it's scrachy, but the cough is going a little deeper. (and my daughter has a touch of the sickies and her cough is hanging on too...)
My skin is getting worse too again. Iis always worse in the winter, but it makes it hard to think of myself in a loving and beautiful way when my body is covered with scales! (psoriasis, over 40% of my body...and it hurts!)

it would REALLY help if I could ditch the "bad" habit of smoking cigarettes and/or drinking wine in the evenings when vegging in front of the TV too. It is usually a couple of smokes a night, none during the day...but it is a habit that I just need to get over!
I want to be healthier, just don't think I have the strength to do it alone... and everything ABOUT me these days is ALONE. (he kids don't count, if you know what I mean...)
