Way down on the list of comments is this:

Daniel from Manchester, England, writes: “Everyone seems to be under the assumption that the British are Christians. I think you'll find more people go to IKEA on a Sunday than church. These people who want to hurt us do so in the name of ‘Faith.’ To use this opportunity to sell his brand of religion while good atheists are lying in a hospital is crass. I fear no evil because evil doesn't exist. Just bad and misled people … All this weeping and wailing and decrees and condemnations from religious leaders won't bring back the dead. We should all take a look at our part in the lead-up to these events and wonder if we could have done anything better. Drawing closer to a divisive, outdated social construct seems to be a shift in completely the wrong direction. If you want people to stop killing you in the name of God, convince him that doesn't exist. Don't choose the same God by a different name and set yourself up as the alternative. It seems to me to be asking for trouble.”
