dear rep yarborough

i know i have a great deal of company in my gratitude for your brave actions in introducing hjr 0125.

we are living in perilous times. we stand on the brink of the unthinkable. if this is not jefferson’s fear made real, i do not know what could be. almost all of the beautiful checks and balances built into our system have been suffocated, right down to the integrity of our ballots. how clever of our founding fathers to have left such a back door, a final bulwark against the widespread madness we see before us. only a patriot would step into such a breach. Hopefully, history will record you as such.


if i could, i would add my own a whereases (as I’m sure many people would.)-

whereas dick cheney is equally responsible for the crimes of this administration he should also be tried on all applicable counts.

whereas george w bush and dick cheney came to hold the office of the presidency under extremely unusual and obviously fraudulent manner-

resolved, that george w. bush and dick cheney, if found guilty of the charges contained herein, should be removed from office and disqualified to hold any other office in the United States.
