rest assured that occurs on both sides of conflicts especially in the middle east. So it's not an Israeli thing.



Now its time for my spiel. I have been witness to a whole lot of extreme religious and ethnic bigotry, intransigence and full borne desensitized hatred and lack of empathy for suffering human beings here at DU. I just wasn't expecting it to the degree it is here and I know if it's that way here, it's worse out there in the rest of the world. For those of us who want to work for peaceful tommorrows and a more ordered world and hope for the downtrodden, this gives us little hope. I'm, under no illusion that it's not possible. I'm trying to figure out how not to give up.
