14. I want to see several people competing for the nomination.
I'm willing to accept that Gore has finally seen the light, and could be a viable Presidential candidate. But I want to see him fight for the nomination (i.e. he has to WANT it, not wait for the party to beg him to run). And I want to see him in contention against Kucinich and Edwards, all three of them throwing out their positions for the party to decide upon.

I do NOT want to see Clinton run (she's the Republicans' favorite candidate and they're ready to smear her as a member of the Lesbian Taliban). I do NOT want to see Kerry run, since (aside from his continuous stream of fundraising e-mails) he's been a Pink Tutu Democrat.

"Our good friend Daddy W wouldn't torture or steal votes!"

But let Gore, Kucinich and Edwards put their best positions forward, and the Democrats may have a candidate that can actually win.
