3. True, but the neocons are getting crazier and crazier
To think that civilization depends on destroying a poor country which was no threat is absurd. They are using another crazy line, the one that says that if we leave Iraq, terrorists will follow us home. What, they don't know where we live unless they follow us there? They're going to give up their religious differences, and fighting each other, and all come to America?

Also, it doesn't seem to occur to Dubya that staying in Iraq will prevent any person intent on harming us from doing so while we are still in Iraq. They can't multi-task, they can't fight us there, and bring destruction to us here at the same time. Their main objective in fighting us in Iraq is to get us the hell out of there. The longer we stay, the worse it becomes.

The damage done to us by the illegal invasion of Iraq will only intensify with every day we stay, and every Iraqi who is killed. What our safety depends on is getting Republicans out of power, and trying to repair the massive damage they have done.
