7. Seafan, at this point, I'll just take a piece of paper!

At this point, we can fight about how to count these Emergency Paper Ballots (or any others) later. I simply want to make sure that people will be able to vote if they bother to show up and do so!

Anything in the legislation more contentious than what is there in my proposal -- essentially: "Make paper ballots available if folks want them or the machines don't work" -- would make it impossible to get through congress at this late in the game.

Frankly, it's already nearly impossible. But we can try. Gonna need a LOT of folks on the ground making noise, however, demanding it! NOW! Please help!
