10. Spying on the North Koreans is legal
they don't need warrants to spy on the citizens of any country in the world other than the US. The legal way to spy on Americans without a warrant is to let MI6 and Mossad do it and exchange the info. They've been doing this all along.

And we are already involved in the conflict with North Korea and have been so since 1950. "The Forgotten War" was not declared by congress but hasn't officially ended either.
