All I've heard for years is how "desperately" Hillary wants to be president, yet she has simply run for the Senate and served as a Senator. When does she ever talk about running for president? Never.

And yet Barack Obama comes out after ONE term and says he's interested in running in '08 and suddenly everyone is excited.

I have yet to hear a reasonable excuse for the hatred of Hillary Clinton on DU. "She voted for the war." So did John "the Bumbling Idiot" Kerry. "She failed at creating a national health care system." She was the only fucking person in Washington DC who gave a flying fuck about it! That's why the idea has failed!

Is the Democratic Underground ever going to find the courage to address the deep-rooted misogyny on this board?
