we booked him at our small college in upstate New York . . . no one know who the hell he was at the time, but the show -- based on "The Wild, the Innocent, and the E-Street Shuffle" material -- was kick-ass . . .

I've seen him several times since, each show better than the last . . . and this stuff he's doing with the Seeger Sessions Band is bringing new life to a bunch of old songs associated with Pete, as well as some new material of his own . . . hope I get a chance to see them at some point . . .
