sure cheney went over........he probably asked for help from the Saudis.....saying"our citizens want us out of Iraq"...help us and say that your gov will back the Sunnis if we leave..........make it look like we are being put in a choke hold and then our citizens will be outraged and give us the backing to stay in Iraq...

I say this is what is happening.......with this administration ........put nothing past them .......
