49. I think the majority of Americans do not support the war now, and do not look kindly on saps
that cannot craft the perfect excuse. Just saying that our presidential "candidates" agreed on excuse better be good, because it will be on television ads all of the election cycle, as will be the others that got caught on that train that left the station too fast for them to think. That is our problem. The Kerry explaination, or some variant of it used by our "candidates" will be boiled down by the opponents that will make them either fools or craven opportunists.
