WTF just happened? The ER Chief doc became unglued and the PR

guy was taking "one more question", didn't like the question, tried to move on. THe ER Chief stepped in and responded to the question, the PR guy looked like "STFU" to the chief, and then the update was cut off.

So much like the Scotty press gaggle this AM.

Whoa! WTF is really going on????
