Mississippi outlaws Hog-Dog fighting

The state house outlawed hog-dog rodeos which are held in isolated, rural property as bubba makes bets on how long the dogs will take to pin the hogs. Pitt bulls are put into pens with hogs left defenseless because their tusks have been sawed off. I'm not making this up. This is great sporting attraction for all the patriotic manly men in the state.
