The Service Employees International Union says ending tax breaks for the rich could create 3.4 million jobs over two years. SEIU President Mary Kay Henry says the $134 billion the government is handing back to the richest Americans in the next two years could instead be used to reduce unemployment by 2.2 percent. SEIU says the government decision to not create jobs with that money will instead give CEO’s huge tax bonuses. According to U.S. Chamber Watch CEO’s at Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase,
