The most substantive premise of the book attacks the Al-Shifa attack and argues that it constitutes a war crime.

There is also a discussion of Clinton's carelessness while under oath and his disregard for his family via adultery and sexual misadventure.

Keep in mind that Hitchens is not a Party Hack. He is a critic, and a good one at that.
