thanks :hug: it's still painful to think of what happened to my sister. my sister died two months after diagnosis...it was a horrifying experience. she went from being totally fine to dying in two short months. i had never heard of inflammatory breast cancer until she was diagnosed...it is a very scary form of breast cancer.
as a bc survivor, that ad pisses me off.
there is nothing sexy or attractive about breast cancer.
there was nothing sexy or attractive about watching my sister lose the use of her legs and arms and die in two months.
there is nothing sexy or attractive about watching my friend kate die from heart failure because of chemo for breast cancer.
there is nothing sexy or attractive about my friend bj's loss of feeling in her feet...three years after chemo for breast cancer.
you're right: nothing sexy or attractive about breast cancer. i am sure you know this well since you are a nurse.
