7. Let's get real about the insurance exchange
We have an oligopoly in this industry. Nothing int he bill changes this. Putting them into an exchange just formalizes the price fixing.

This is EXACTLY the same situation we have in the wireless market. AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint all have virtually the same products and prices. Imagine if we took those companies and said that henceforth, they must offer their cell phone plans in a free and open exchange. How would that change anything?
