Botox would make it unlikely for her to even open her mouth (damn, wish she would get botox there).

No, instead its likely the restalyne fill (for the creases around the mouth) and then collagen injections for fullness in the lips.

I'm familiar because Melanie Morgan lives in the area and I'm surrounded by lots of women who look like this constantly and look like they are having a bad allergic reaction to something on their mouth.
