15. It doesn't say it, but are all the workers in the various industries residents of the village?
I find it hard to believe that workers in garment trades could each have a quarter million dollars in the bank given the low wages generally paid to them. Who decides who can live in the village; I've been to developing countries and I would think when word of this got out, people would be streaming in to look for work. Of course, I could be wrong, but as someone has already said...good propaganda piece.
