But no, we don't have to scrap the candidates. Not all of them are saying this. I don't have a problem as much with "If I knew what I knew then..." which connotes acknowledging personal failure, as opposed to "If WE knew then what WE know now," which implies EVERYONE failed, which is not true.

Anyway, your presumption that this was a slur specifically at Hillary is incorrect. And I don't consider it a slur, anyway. I consider it a call for people to stop lying.
