"...plans to introduce an amendment to the the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations bill to cut funding for Cheney's office.

How far do you think his $400 million would go toward maintaining the entire monstrous VP's office?

It's actually a brilliant move, despite its inevitable loss. It keeps the issue alive, and will lead to a confrontation.
