Here's the issue. We have smooth talking politicians on both sides who see THEIR OWN economic self interests being improved by opening the borders and providing hoardes of low skilled labor (Rs) and future voters (Ds). The politicians win regardless.

On the other side we have less smooth talking, less educated American citizens being pushed even further down the economic ladder by the policies of the above politicians. Many of these people don't have political handlers to ensure their demonstrations are politically correct. They are rightfully frustrated and angry at our government and they are displaying it the only way they know how.

I'll repeat....our country has been hijacked by corporate elite and neocons for their benefit.
