My insinuation is pure intimidation. They need to refresh the intimidation factor because Democrats are getting way to feisty. Impeachment is becoming more of a reality every day. Conyers made the statement that only three more endorsements are needed before he will follow through. Not sure why or how he arrived at that number since Clinton's Impeachment had zero co-sponsors. I believe they think they are close to being on the ropes and need some wiggle space. I don't believe like many here that Bush* and his Cabal were responsible for 9-11 but I truly believe they were for the Anthrax killings. They have been pretty consistant with using same tactics over and over again. They go with what works and the Anthrax most definitely worked..
