58. Sure it makes sense

Just like fighting in Iraq in order to remove the Iraqi Army (rated Fourth most powerful army in the world before January 1991)

And now that it is removed, our troops have to stay in Iraq until - you got it- the Iraqi Army can rebuild (With our help and training) and then prove to us that it is strong and competent.

Sheesh!!
