Just for the sake of argument, lets assume this:

1) The Iraq war is a war crime.
2) The initiator of the war, Bush-Chenet, knew that there was no basis to invade under international
law, yet he invaded.
3) The members of the legislative body who voted to endorse the war knew that there was no basis to
invade under international law.

4) Therefore, they're all culpable.
