If we can this war we could certainly afford better health care, to fully fund the unfunded mandate of No Child Left Behind. We could pay for renewing the nation's infrastructure, address homelessness, rebuild New Orleans and so many other more productive endevours. That's why ending the endless the war should be issue #1. It is keeping us from building a better nation.
