U.S. News reports that Senate Democrats are considering calling former Adm. William Fallon to testify. “Under consideration by Democrats is having Fallon join Gen. David Petraeus, head of the war effort in Iraq, to testify this spring.” Fallon disagreed with Bush’s surge strategy.
