She nearly beat Reichert in 2006 (CD-8 Washington State) and stands a good chance of winning this time. Reichert is very well known around here and poses as a moderate, so he gets a lot of votes based on name recognition rather than where he really stands (Dick Cheney drops by now and again to help raise money for him).
