I don't see that happening at my airport. They can't afford to man the counter let alone put baggage nazis in the security lines. If they have to do something they can raise the fares. These hidden fees are outrageous. That's like gas stations advertising gas for $4.25 and then charging an extra $.50/gal "transportation fee" when the total comes due.
