I haven't read the book, but am looking forward to it. Still, I have serious doubts about this happening. Mostly because even if there is validity in the legal arguments, we all know the powers that be will never let it happen. Hell, Ford cleared Nixon. The precedent this would set for future presidents would also make it unlikely to actually happen.

Also, I'm sure if it ever gets very far, some freeper will file a lawsuit against Bill Clinton claiming he murdered Vince Foster or something.

There's nothing I'd like more than see that archetype of arrogance brought to some kind of justice, but I think this is a feel-good pipe dream. A better chance may be to convict him of war crimes. I reserve the right to change my opinion after I read his book.
