The very name of this site I think defines many of us and how we feel about our party, especially today - Underground.

A place where we can come to discuss the problems within our own party, and work to resolve them.

A place to complain about how those who call themselves dem act in a way we see as contrary to that which we see as the base ideals of our party.

A place to discuss, and yes even argue, about it all and try to find solutions.

If you feel that the dem party has let you down, then there is no better place to be now than here - because you have a lot of company.

On just about every issue and topic we can engage in lively debate here, there is no 'party line' to be had. There is, however, a lot of discussion to be had. Which is a good thing, and which is something that seems to escape other sites where either you tow a party line or are gone.

We support a party here (hence the name) but that does not mean we always support the exact same ideals on everything out there. We have diversity, which seems lost at times in the bigger picture with our elected officials.

As pissed off as I am at our dems I won't say goodbye, I will once again say hello :)
