I'm not trusting that!

Any nutritionist will tell you to avoid the center of the grocery store, and to only eat things on the outer walls... where the produce, dairy, and bakery are... you still have to go for the whole food instead of the processed.

Processed foods kill. Only whole foods nourish. I agree with that poster... 75%, or the center portion of the store, is really not healthy at all. Most of it probably isn't really fit for human consumption at all. If you can't read it, you shouldn't eat it.
