Seriously, just speak in a stream of consciousness sorta vibe, or like a child who knows words, but cannot make coherent sentences, i.e., "And then, we were playing, and the dinosaur in the back yard was singing, and there were trees, and we saw bugs and some purple cats, and then we had some tea, and we played."
