seriously.

There old formula is "create PANIC AND FEAR" - then be "the answer".

But - the bushadmin is so discredited that the public only hears the first part of the message (the Panic and Fear) and discount the second part (from the folks who couldn't even get ice to Houston a couple of weeks ago.)

Thanks W. Just wanted to finish tanking the economy on the way out?!
