I'm reading the proposal but it's going to take a while.

I like this much. I searched for this before reading the rest. If this had not been included, I would not have needed to read further. But at least we got this important change. I don't trust anyone who thinks he or she should be above the law. I don't trust Paulson and this provision gives me the hope that he won't be able to abuse his powers under the bill.

Section 119. Judicial Review and Related Matters.
Provides standards for judicial review, including injunctive and other relief, to ensure
that the actions of the Secretary are not arbitrary, capricious, or not in accordance with
law.
