4. Curiously, the General Welfare Clause argument
is used by r-wingers. But I believe it is also used by l-wingers.

Single Payer Universal, Medicare for all, is the only health care plan I've seen that meets the General Welfare clause of Article 1, Section 8. Any plan that considers helping private insurance companies fails this specific constitutional test.

I figure that the phrase is like a check. Does __________ Bill meet the General Welfare of every citizen? If Yes, then fine, congress can debate it then vote on it. If No, then toss it out immediately, stop wasting time debating it, shredder time.
