It is a FACT though, in today's society, it is hard to get around without a car. And to do that, you need a drivers license, which a police officer can ask for at any time. If you do not have it, he will check your info, and if you lie, will drag you to jail.

Otherwise, if it does check out, you will have to pay a fine for not having it on you.

An AZ driver's license is valid ID for this bill, which makes us "NAZI Germany"

And I have had this ( Having my info checked and getting a ticket ) happen to me, more then once.
