whether Bush knew or or not and it all stems from me not deciding whether Bush is really a complete dumbass or whether that is all an act

I lean toward him being a complete dumb ass and being used by Cheney and the other Neo-Cons as their good-ol-boy face. In this scenario, Bush does not know.

I think there is strong evidence that Cheney knew.
