Do you still play? DUer Miles Coltrane is a working musician in the DFW area ( I've never been there ) and has done some gigs with an old 80's bandmate from here in Albq named Jim Sangrey, who was a monstrous sax player in his mid-20's; probably unbelievable now. One of my friends here remembers Natalie as a little girl too (and remembers her as a "feisty" little girl), from knowing her dad, who you probably either know or know of, Lloyd Maines. Never met him, but again, as you probably know, he played for many years with Joe Ely,and my friend was Joe's guitar tech/roadie/whatever else was needed, for a few years. And yeah, the Chicks were still more "bluegrassy" when I did that show with them. Tremendous talents; nice people and I'm happy for them for all the success they've attained.
