41. Well if they did nothing illegal, what does that say?
That the social laws they wrote need to be changed, because they did do things that hurt people, and hurt the system, although helps a small group. And they did not operate within moral laws as most people see them.

So if a person makes an argument that it was not illegal, they make the argument for more legislation, or the argument that the law system in place is wrong.

Is he saying they should be allowed to do what ever they want without social input into systems with economic influence? Thereby defending what most think of as a broken system, or is he making the argument for overhaul and change to that broken system?
