He AGREED to a 5 year suspension in order to end an almost 10 year Republicon witch hunt, which he could have easily continued to fight at the expense of millions more in legal bills. Since he had no intention of using his law license anyway, it was a no brainer and essentially a huge defeat for Ken Star who spent almost $100 million on a taxpayer funded partisan attack which ended with little more than his dick in his hand. But don't let the facts get in the way of rhetoric which would be better appreciated on a well known web site with a different ideology.
