8. This is a goddamned disgrace.
There is NO excuse for people being discharged, who want to serve their country, SOLELY because of who they are. DADT is bigotry and hate and discrimination and unjustifiable. 22 other countries, including our friends to the North, Canada, Britain, Germany, Israel...all allow gay and lesbian servicemembers to serve openly in their militaries. And with ZERO issues, ZERO problems. It has been, uniformly, a non-issue.

I'm at the point now where I think we should withhold not only our money, but our votes, unless DADT isn't repealed THIS year.

In spite of the obstructionism from the "fierce advocate" from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, we need to repeal this disgusting, shameful law THIS year.
